There’s so much to do during the holiday season, from planning your menu to finding the perfect gifts for everyone on your list. Let curating yourself a tablescape be an enjoyable creative outlet and a labour of love to show friends and family just how much they mean to you! Let your table reflect the joy and magic of the season with minimal fuss. We've showcased three different looks which we hope inspire you!
Red, Green & Gold
With a bold burgandy tablecloth, tapered green candles and delicately arranged flowers in varying hues of red and elegant whites, we created a luxurious Christmas table setting, for Tods, inspired by jewelled tones. More personalised elements included Hand & Lock embroidered amber ribbons; calligraphed name cards in gold on chic ivory card, courtesy of The Millustrator; and, bespoke brand crackers. For a quick fix, Berisford is our go to as they offer high-quality velvet ribbons in varying widths and a vast array a gorgeous colours!
Scroll down to see how we transformed this simple set up into an elegant Christmas scape, primarily using red berries and, our favourite fragrant foliage, eucalyptus!
Of course, no Christmas table is complete without delicious wine and festive mince pies! These pretty champagne flutes are from Maison Margaux which provide the most beautiful range of tableware available for hire which is most helpful when you’re hosting!
Below we have outlined a thoughtful and seasonal napkin detail that you can easily replicate at home. Using dried oranges, cinnamon sticks and a sprig of red berries, we secured each element on the napkin with twine for a more homely feel.
Who says florals are reserved for spring? We love this set up that we created for Cabbages & Roses last Christmas. Layering a variety of iconic Cabbages prints, we used muted but warm tones, including purple, raspberry, smokey greys and hints of gold.
